If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Custom-built, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order lighting products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original packaging or missing components.

If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact our support team before initiating a return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions.

  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not ship any items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect from HDStocks.

Partial refunds may be granted for products that show signs of use or missing components.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will assist you with the replacement process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • We will process a replacement or refund promptly after verification.

Our goal is to ensure you receive lighting products in perfect condition, every time.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.
HDStocks is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
