Our goal is to provide customers with lasting performance, safety, and peace of mind through our comprehensive product warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Coverage
HDStocks offers a limited warranty on all eligible LED lighting products purchased directly from us or through our authorized distributors.
This warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation and operation.
Premature failure of LED chips, drivers, or housings during the warranty period.
The standard warranty period is 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on product documentation or invoices.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or alteration.
Failures resulting from electrical surges, lightning, or power supply issues.
Exposure to corrosive environments, water ingress (for non-rated products), or extreme conditions beyond product specifications.
Normal wear and tear, color shift, or lumen depreciation over time.
Products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit or downtime).
HDStocks reserves the right to inspect returned products to verify eligibility under this policy.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

Include photos or videos showing the defect or failure.
Our support team will review your claim and may request the product to be returned for evaluation.
If the claim is approved, HDStocks will, at its discretion:

Provide a partial credit or refund based on the remaining warranty period.
4. Warranty Replacement Terms
Replacement units are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
If the exact model is unavailable, HDStocks may provide an equivalent or upgraded product.
Warranty claims do not reset or extend the original warranty term.
5. Installation and Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty eligibility:
Products must be installed according to manufacturer specifications and applicable electrical codes.
Use of incorrect drivers, voltage, or mounting accessories voids the warranty.
Routine cleaning and maintenance should be performed to prevent dust, heat buildup, or obstruction of airflow.
6. Limitation of Liability
HDStocks’ liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as outlined above.
We are not liable for labor costs, installation fees, shipping expenses (unless pre-approved), or consequential damages.
7. Proof of Purchase
All warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase — such as an invoice, sales receipt, or purchase order.
Claims submitted without proof of purchase may not be honored.
